We know that sometimes, we can feel worried or nervous when we "fall off track" or tweak our normal/healthy routines. Doing something different doesn't mean you will lose all that you work for! It's important to remember that our goal is to be FLEXIBLE and adaptive in this modern life. We CAN have a cheat meal, wake up a bit later than normal, without losing everything we have worked for and it's important to keep in mind that flexibility is GOOD.
